    Desktop Support

    ITech offers Pay-as-you-go services for businesses; if you've got between 1 and 250 staff we can provide your desktop support. ITech will come onsite to fix a multitude of problems, ranging from virus attacks to configuration of new desktops, or simply to install new hardware i.e. ram, hard drives, video cards, printers ect. Prices are based on an hourly rate of $88 P/H excluding travel.

    Network Support
    Many companies feel they cannot afford an IT support contract and try to deal with issues when they arise in order to save money. Other business do not like being tied down to contracts for a service that is only used as and when required. Our IT Department can offer hassle free, professional IT support in the following areas. Servers, Domains, routers and switch support as well as local and wide area networks. Prices are based on an hourly rate of $110 P/H excluding travel.

    Maintenance Agreements and Hour Blocks

    Our I-Tech support team provide dedicated assurance that your employees will receive the support they need, when they need it. Anything from desktop support, server administration or troubleshooting almost any aspect of your server, to solving problems with your wide area or local area network.

  • We will pre-arrange a weekly appointment that suits your schedule to receive a visit from your I-Tech Service Officer. During this visit, a health check of your network will be performed covering the following critical tasks:

    Network
    Check Hubs / Switches for high utilisation & data collisions
    Check Load Balancing
    Check DNS server name resolution
    Check WINS server database consistency & name resolution
    Check DHCP database consistency
    Check Router uptime
    Back-Up Systems
    Test Data Restore from Previous Backup
    Check all backup event logs
    Update Emergency Restore Disk
    Uninterruptible Power Supply ( UPS )
    Check the UPS and check configuration

    Regular site visits can be scheduled with a dedicated engineer, giving the opportunity to conduct regular IT consultancy sessions and form a strong working relationship.

    Pricing below subject to a minimum of 1 hour a week to a maximum of 8 hours a week between the hours of 9am-5pm
